Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability by Public Accommodations (hotels, Child Care Providers)  and in Commercial Facilities?

This title prohibits private places of public accommodation from discriminating against individuals with disabilities.

 This title directs businesses to make "reasonable modifications" to their usual ways of doing things when serving people with disabilities.


You have a "Right" to know the allergen-levels in the room when you check in.

You have a "Right" to rooms with carpets that are 99.7% clean at check-in.


Currently hotels are allowed to offer carpeted rooms to the public that are only 40% clean.

A Respiratory Friendly environments where the carpet is maintained with equipment certified Gold by the Carpet and Rug Institute of America to serve the public.
